We go to great lengths to make sure we send the proper replacement backboard. The model number of the goal is the best way to verify which backboard you need. It can sometimes be found on the back of the pole near the crank handle. It can also be found on the front of your owner’s manual. If you can’t find it in one of those two places please gather the following information and then call us.
- Measure the height and width of the backboard.
- Look at the logo in the bottom left hand corner. It will either say “Goalrilla” or “Goalrilla Glass”.
- Look at the arms that attach the backboard to the pole. They will either come out straight from the pole and resemble an “H” or they will “Y” out.
