All products are transported by common carrier and are shipped out as advertised and in good condition.

Once the carrier receives the product the carrier then becomes responsible for its condition at time of delivery. All damages then become the responsibility of the carrier. Any dispute over damage or the condition of the product is between the carrier and the customer.

To avoid becoming the owner of a damaged system, take the following steps at the time of delivery. If your goal appears to be damaged please REFUSE delivery. Only sign for product if you are sure it is not damaged and please add, next to your signature, SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. Any damages/shortages need to be reported to us within 24 hours by calling 800-689-0281.

The drivers are not required to help you off load your product. All deliveries are “curb-side” meaning that the shipping company is only responsible for getting the product to the customer’s address, the customer is responsible for unloading the product and getting it inside. The selected transportation company will call the customer ahead to set up delivery arrangements. Please ask our associates for more details.
